It’s been about two weeks since I had Prestige complete work at my house—I’ve been busy enjoying my vastly improved water pressure! This project was something that I thought I could do on my own but I tried with no success. Prestige was awesome to work with and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. When the tech arrived, he was friendly and professional. I had no concerns at all having him in my home. He was efficient and completed the work quickly, but was sure to take the time to explain everything he was doing so nothing was unexpected. This is the second time I’ve used Prestige and they have earned my business for life.

I have used other local plumbing companies. The last company I used, had to come back for a warranty repair and it cost me six hundred dollars. There was no cost with the warranty work but the plumber talked us into other work to add up the bill. The work was well done, but the plumber told me that he was on commission. I saw a Prestige Plumbing truck in my neighborhood at a neighbor home. Trevor told me that they didn't work on commission. Our water heater had been leaking and I told him I would probably call them sooner than later. Called and left a message over the weekend and got a return call Monday morning. They arranged to get the water heater replaced the same day. No extras, no hidden fees; just the work I needed at the price I was quoted. There was no emergency call-out fee.Prestige is our new plumber. Maybe, they should be yours.You should trust someone you let into your home, We trust Prestige, and so can you.

I was referred to Prestige Plumbing through my property management company. They did a great job. The work was done on time and at the bidded price. The plumber will call you with questions if needed but never required me to be on site. I’ll work with them again.

After searching and with many recommendations from friends in our neighborhood, I was recommended to use Prestige Plumbing. They quickly accessed the need-water pressure valve-quoted me the price before the work, installed it and checked out the whole system to ensure we were ok before he (Ben) left. Ben with prestige plumbing has done awesome work every time he has come to our home. He is very knowledgeable and informative about all our plumbing needs. We have had other plumbers in the past who were not as thorough but Ben makes sure everything is done right the first time and let’s us know of any warranties and what to do and not do so that our plumbing/toilets/faucets last longer. If you want excellent service at reasonable prices you should give them a call.

My water heater was out and as a first time home buyer, it was scary not knowing what to expect. Ben from Prestige Plumbing came this afternoon and had it figured out in no time. It ended up needing to be replaced with some updates and he was awesome to walk me through the whole process and explain any of the costs. I am for sure using them for any future plumbing!!

I arranged to have Prestige Plumbing take care of an issue with my garbage disposal. They sent Ben to do the job. Not only did he replace the disposal but he replaced the mess of piping underneath my sink so that everything lined up correctly. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm happy with the quality of work done and will look to Prestige Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Prestige Plumbing was sent to our home by our home warranty company to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Ben was the technician we worked with. He arrived within the 2 hour time frame we were given and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and told us what our different options were. He also suggested we check the lower level of our home to ensure water had not run down the walls under the kitchen which fortunately it had not. We chose to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one which Ben installed. We were extremely pleased with the service provided, felt the price was fair and would definitely recommend Ben and Prestige Plumbing.

If anyone is looking for a dependable and fair plumbing company, I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing!After calling and texting a different plumbing company, and not hearing back from them for over a week - I contacted Prestige Plumbing instead to have someone look at a leaky shower faucet. The dispatcher (I believe Brittany was her name?) answered promptly, was very helpful, and was able to get me on the schedule within two business days. The dispatched plumber Ben then showed up on time, as promised, on the scheduled day, and was extremely helpful in explaining how things worked. He then proceeded to repair the issue in a timely manner, all for a fair price. Thus, I would have no hesitations or qualms with recommending this company to anyone looking for any plumbing work. Give them a call, you won’t be sorry!

We had a couple toilets that needed to be reset after some tile work done in our bathrooms. Ben was our technician from Prestige Plumbing, and he did incredible work. Ben was very professional, clean, friendly, and efficient. He also made sure to double check that there were no leaks before leaving. When I inquired about resetting the pedestal sink as well, Ben was able to accommodate this additional work on the spot. Pricing was more than fair, and I can honestly say I won't be using anyone else. I really trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. Five stars all the way for this company.

Ben from Prestige Plumbing came out to my folks house in Bountiful to fix what appeared at first blush to be a small leak to a drain pipe in our water heater & softener room which also leaked to the basement storage area below. After Ben fixedthe drain pipe, the basement storage area was still leaking, so we both knew it was a larger issue. After testing every water fixture in the 3 level house, Ben knew the leak was inside the storage room wall. He cut exactly where the drain pipe was, and found our vertical cast iron floor to ceiling pipe has split! He proceeded to expertly replace the drain pipes and joints from floor to ceiling in a matter of hours. After further testing, the drain pipe turned 90 degrees under our water heater room - which has a 4-5” thick cement floor - and that was where the leak was originating. Since it was virtually impossible to get to the leak from below, Ben knew he had to go through our concrete floor. He proceeded to move our water heater, drill through our 4-5 inch thick concrete floor with a jackhammer, fix the leak, replace all pipes and joints, put in a new floor drain and clean up super tidy - all in less than a day. In my 53 years of living I must say that Ben is the best plumber I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He takes pride in his work, is an expert at it, is honest, punctual, fair and has a great attitude about his work and life. I highly recommend him which is why I gave him 5 stars.

These guys do a great job. From taking care of scheduling with the short-time line I had given them, to a very personable and helpful plumber in Ben, to quickly resolving a minor leak, from the first appointment, that was in our reverse osmosis system. Finding a service company like this that you can trust and will treat you fairly is not always easy. Between knowing that they provided a great service at a fair price and also took care of any customer service related issues professionally and promptly, I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, my experience with Prestige Plumbing was positive. They had my new faucet up and running fast! Once he diagnosed the leak and replaced the unit- he triple checked to make sure there were no more issues or leaks. Highly recommend for quality work!

We had the best experience with Dusty and Prestige Plumbing. They showed up right on time, came in a got right to work. They were clean cut, respectful and so helpful. When they finished, they cleaned everything up and hauled off all the garbage!!! I can’t say enough good about these guys!!! The prices were great, and their work was awesome!!! Their installation was great and the plumbing products they sale are second to none. You won’t find any better!!!

Ben was so professional, on time, and thoroughly cleaned up! Just had him install a gas line into my kitchen and hook up the stove. I will only use Prestige Plumbing and have used them in the past.
