Ben did a great Job! He de-scaled my water heater and was very helpful and kind. He also helped with my water pressure and was happy to look at a tub handle that was loose. I would definitely use Prestige Plumbing again!!

We needed a reconfiguration of plumbing under our kitchen sink to accommodate a new/different sink. Derrick was awesome! Super nice, knowledgeable, and skilled. I feel like they are a better option than the “big” plumbing companies you see advertised everywhere. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend them. I’ll be saving this in my contacts for future plumbing needs.

We totally won the lottery with these guys! Initially called to have them re-route kitchen sink water line... after asking them about some corrosion/leakage in my drain pipes, they were willing to fix all of my problems! I was very unimpressed with how the drivers act. Swerving in and out of traffic, not using blinkers and cutting off cars. I can’t imagine someone who acts that way would have the wherewithal and patience to perform a quality install.

This was the second time we’ve had Ben out to our home. The first time was to change out a water heater under warranty because we could not get a hold of the plumber that originally installed it. He did a great job and also ran some water line in our garage for us. Unfortunately, the second warranty water heater failed, so we decided to scrap that brand and go with a tankless. Their office manager rescheduled a number of appointments to get us moved up on their schedule so we wouldn’t have to go a week without hot water.Ben and his assistant (didn’t catch his name) showed up on time, answered all my questions, and gave me their recommendation for a new tankless based on the features we wanted. They got it put in and working in about 4 hours and it looks and works great.I won’t say they’re the cheapest, but they’re also not the most expensive, and they do great work! We will definitely use them in the future when we need plumbing work done.

Prestige Plumbing came out on short notice when I was freaking out about a possible sewer leak, and they fixed us right up. We had an issue with our sewer ejector pump and I was pretty scared about the potential for a sewage leak or spill in our basement - which came pretty close to happening! They came out and found the problem right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Left everything neat, clean, and working properly. Trevor was a really nice and personable guy and did great work for us! Thanks Prestige!

I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone. The hard water in Bountiful had completely ruined the bathroom faucet in my rental unit and I put a lot of faith in Ben with Prestige and didn't even meet him in person; only dealt with him over the phone. He gave me a fair price, had to go back to the condo twice in one day, rounding up the needed parts as quickly as possible so my new tenants could move in. I was very impressed and incredibly grateful.

These guys are fantastic! They came when promised and installed a new water softener and roughed in a new bathtub faucet. While there diagnosed SUPER high water pressure that is harmful to my pipes. Came back to fix that and now our Kitchen faucet no longer sings. So funny that we would not have thought that was the problem. Anyway thanks so much to Ben who took great care of us and the rest of Prestige who is just delightful to work with.

Prestige plumbing showed up within the allotted appointment time. Trevor was very through in evaluating the problem, and he explained what needed to be done in lay person language. Additionally, after he finished working- he cleaned the area where he had worked. Overall a very professional and friendly experience. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.
