I wanted to work with Prestige after having some bad experiences with larger service companies in the area. Everything from the friendliness of the scheduler to the actual work at my Layton home went perfectly. Prestige came out, showed up right on time, and was able to fix the issue at hand and offer additional solutions for a few other things. Everything was explained respectfully and with multiple potential solutions. I will definitely use them again, and I appreciate their approach.

What a positive experience I have just had with Chad from Prestige Plumbing. He arrived at my home at 8:40 this morning and I had a lot of things done ... replace an RO system, replace a sink with a new faucet, replace 2 toilets and replace 2 bathroom faucets. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and not only of me but of my home, and has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this day. He cleaned up everything before leaving and you wouldn't even know I had any work done today other than seeing how beautiful all my new stuff is! I would recommend Prestige Plumbing, and Chad, everytime!

Can’t recommend enough! We had very concerning issues with rattling, vibrating pipes throughout our home and were able to get Derrick sent out to our home within a day of calling. He was honest, considerate, and went above and beyond to help identify the issue and assure us of the fix. I would trust him in my home even if I wasn’t there. That’s sayin a lot these days. He was able to quickly perform the repair and at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for any plumbing issue in the future. Absolutely recommend! We noticed our water heater leaking and called around and these guys were quick to answer and even quicker to come out. Derrick came out and was wonderful. He was fast, efficient, and explained things well. We loved that he was able to come and check out the situation and immediately replace it with everything already in his truck. He made sure everything was put to rights and even went above and beyond on making things easier for us in the future. He was also extremely kind and courteous and my grandma was at the home helping around and he made sure to explain everything he was doing to her as well. He even didn’t care and in fact welcomed all of our crazy animals and was just great all around. I’d recommend this company and its workers 100%, and my grandma even already made a note of who she will call if she ever needs anything.

Working with Prestige Plumbing was great! Derrick made sure we were well taken care of and knew all of our options. He even helped point out a few other existing issues we weren’t aware of and quickly gave us information on what it would take to remedy those. We worked with Prestige for a new water softener, three new toilets, and a drain repair. All were installed well and we have been enjoying them so far! Derrick was fantastic, and we will be returning to them for future projects!

I had a flood 2 years ago, Ben from Prestige Plumbing did multiple plumbing repairs replacements and such. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I was extremely pleased with his work. Have told many friends about Prestige. He Just replaced my disposal. I won’t call any other plumbing facility. There’re great!

We recently had to deal with our water heater failing unexpectedly, and needed to find a replacement quickly. After a couple of cost estimates from other plumbers, we found Prestige Plumbing, called them that morning, and Ben from Prestige came out that same afternoon. After assessing the issue, he was able to do the job of replacing the the old water heater quickly, as well as replacing water softener lines and installing brass fittings, too, and hauling away the old tank. The install was beautifully done, with real workmanship. And the cost - with labor and hardware included - was an amazing value compared to other plumbers we spoke to. I'd be happy to recommend Ben and Prestige Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services done exceptionally well at a very fair price. As a matter of fact, I've already sent a friend to them!

I couldn’t be more happy that I decided to support local (I’m in Woods Cross too). I called this morning with issues of pipes shaking and knocking, and they gave me an arrival window between 3:00 and 5:00 or I could wait til Wednesday. I chose the prior. Derrick showed up at 3:03. He listed intently to what the issue was, how I had tried to trouble shoot it myself, and he got to work. He duplicated the issue, trouble shooted it and explained his thought process and diagnosed the problem as the Pressure Regulating Valve going bad. He was completely informative, upfront, and stayed true to the price he originally quoted verbally. I’ll be using these guys again and recommend them to anyone who’ll listen!

I have used Prestige multiple times and have been incredibly happy with them every time. They always pick up the phone and get someone out fast. Ben is always a pleasure to work with and stands by his work (which I have never had an issue with). Their pricing is fair and I never doubt I am getting the best deal and best service. Great company! Dusty came out to my house after hours,on a weekend to help us with a broken pipe. He was here quickly and had everything he needed to fix the problem. They do great work. We would recommend them to anyone!

Prestige Plumbing came out on short notice when I was freaking out about a possible sewer leak, and they fixed us right up. We had an issue with our sewer ejector pump and I was pretty scared about the potential for a sewage leak or spill in our basement - which came pretty close to happening! They came out and found the problem right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Left everything neat, clean, and working properly. Trevor was a really nice and personable guy and did great work for us! Thanks Prestige!

Just had my water softener installed by prestige plumbing today, can I just tell you, it’s absolutely amazing! They were on time honest about what needed to be installed and completely fantastic on price! I give them 10 stars....I would recommend them to everyone hands down best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with.

I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone. The hard water in Bountiful had completely ruined the bathroom faucet in my rental unit and I put a lot of faith in Ben with Prestige and didn't even meet him in person; only dealt with him over the phone. He gave me a fair price, had to go back to the condo twice in one day, rounding up the needed parts as quickly as possible so my new tenants could move in. I was very impressed and incredibly grateful.

These guys are fantastic! They came when promised and installed a new water softener and roughed in a new bathtub faucet. While there diagnosed SUPER high water pressure that is harmful to my pipes. Came back to fix that and now our Kitchen faucet no longer sings. So funny that we would not have thought that was the problem. Anyway thanks so much to Ben who took great care of us and the rest of Prestige who is just delightful to work with.
